If you don't like the assigned room, you will make the change (subject to availability) of room provided it is the same cost or pay the difference, but not be refunded in case you decide not to stay.

  1. The
    time of entry to the
    hotel is at 3:00pm and
    the departure at
    12:00pm

  2. Entry
    of narcotics of any
    kind aren't allowed in
    the hotel. If that
    were the case, the
    Resort will denounce
    the act to the
    competent authorities.

  3. Pets
    are allowed with the
    following conditions:
    it's mandatory to
    report and request in
    advance to the main
    office, any damage
    caused by the pet to
    the facilities, will
    be responsibility of
    the guest.

  4. The
    hosting service must
    be paid 50% of the
    total when you make
    the reservation.
    Guests have to fill
    the form guarantee
    payment for damages to
    the facility.

  5. Double
    villa has a maximun
    accommodation capacity
    of 5 people, simple
    villa has a maximun
    accommodation capacity
    of 4 people, if you
    host more than the
    capacity per villa,
    will be charged a fine
    of $50 per extra
    person.

  6. It
    is strictly forbidden
    to smoke inside the
    villa, the guest must
    pay the cost for any
    cleaning at the villa
    if found contaminated
    with cigarette smoke.

  7. Scandal
    is not allowed in
    public areas.

  8. In
    case of misplacement
    of room keys, controls
    (TV, DVD or AC), will
    have a charge payable
    $50.00 each.

  9. It
    is prohibited to alter
    the order or cause
    annoyance to other
    users within the
    establishment.

  10. Breakfast
    hours are from 8:00am
    to 11:0am

  11. Do
    not destroy or damage
    the premises, nor
    remove or take with
    things or objects
    Resort's property. Any
    injury or damage to
    the facilities will be
    payed before departure
    time with the credit
    card that is in the
    form of guarantee for
    payment damages, if
    the credit card
    doesn't work, the
    guest is obligated to
    pay in cash.

  12. The
    resort is not
    responsible for
    valuables not
    deposited for
    safekeeping in the
    reception or
    forgotten.

  13. Report
    to the administration
    your departure 30
    minutes in advance.

  14. The
    cleaning of the villa
    will be done on a
    schedule from 10:00am
    to 2:00pm (changes can
    be made by the resort
    management).


Failure

to comply with any
rule or policies
will have to
leave  without any refund.
